This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 25, 2013, is entered into by and among InnerWorkings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), Tomas Baca (“Tomas”), and Filip Zak (“Filip”).
