THIS AGREEMENT, dated August 30, 2013 with an effective date of September 1, 2013 (the “Agreement”), is by and between NEOMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “NeoMedia”), and LAURA MARRIOTT (the “Executive”).
