This Seventh Amendment to Amended and Restated Administrative Services Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made as of August 28, 2013 by and among AMERICAN BEACON FUNDS, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), AMERICAN BEACON ADVISORS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“ABA”), and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street”).
