This LOAN, SECURITY AND GUARANTEE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated the Effective Date, among the Export-Import Bank of the United States, as lender (“Ex-Im Bank”), Borrower, as borrower, and each of the Guarantors signatory hereto, as guarantors, provides for certain loans pursuant to the Global Credit Express Program (“GCE Program”) established by Ex-Im Bank to provide credit to United States small business exporters.
