THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of December 31, 2013 (the "Effective Date"), by and between MusclePharm Corporation, a Nevada Corporation (the "Company"), and Sydney Rollock, an individual ("Executive"). The Company and Executive are sometimes referred to herein as a "party" or collectively as the "parties."
