This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 2nd day of October, 2013 by and between EPIC PHARMA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“EPIC”), and ELITE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Nevada corporation and ELITE LABORATORIES, INC. (a subsidiary of Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (collectively, “ELITE”).
