THIS SINGLE FAMILY HOMES PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 24, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between H&J Properties, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Seller”) and REVEN HOUSING REIT, INC., a Maryland corporation (together with any designee identified or appointed by REVEN HOUSING REIT, INC., “Buyer”).
