THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective this 7th day of April, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Kogeto, Inc., a Nevada corporation and its successors and assigns (the “Company”), and John Clark (“Executive”).
