THIS REAL ESTATE SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 23rd day of May, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the parties listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto (each, a “Seller” and collectively, “Sellers”) and American Realty Capital Hospitality Portfolio Member, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”).
