This Stock Option Agreement (“Option Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of grant set forth below (“Date of Grant”) by and between Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and the participant named below (the “Optionee”).
