THIS PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made the 28th day of November, 2014 between ORYON TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ORYON TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, ORYON TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT, LLC, and ORYON TECHNOLOGIES LICENSING, LLC (collectively “Oryon” or “Licensor”), and MYANT CAPITAL PARTNERS INC.
