THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of December 18, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is between Dennis S. Hudson, III (the “Executive”), and Seacoast National Bank (the “Bank”), together with its parent, Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (“Seacoast”). For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Corporation” shall refer to the Bank and Seacoast collectively or, if appropriate to the context, in the alternate. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Executive’s employment hereunder is with the Bank.
