THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of December 29, 2014, by and between BARRETT BUSINESS SERVICES, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”). This Agreement amends, restates and supersedes in its entirety that certain Restated Credit Agreement dated November 1, 2012 by and between Borrower and Bank, as such may have been amended from time to time prior to the date hereof.
