THIS PERSONAL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this January 8, 2015 by and between LabStyle Innovation Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, with its offices at Halamish 9, Cesarea Industrial Park, 38900, Israel (the "Company"), and Zvi Ben-David (Israeli I.D.
