This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of January 12, 2015 (the “Agreement”) by and among Jamba, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each of the parties listed on Exhibit A hereto (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors”).
