This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of January 16, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) between Jonathan Spier (“Employee”) and Standard Metals Processing, Inc., hereinafter referred to as (“SMPR” or the “Company”), who are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as “the parties” or singularly as a “party.”
