(the “Company”) and the undersigned purchasers (each a “Purchaser” and together the “Purchasers”) of the Company’s Common Stock issued and sold by the Company pursuant to that certain Share Purchase Agreement dated as of January 9, 2015 (the “Purchase Agreement”), by and among the Company and the Purchasers named therein.
