This FIRST AMENDMENT, dated as of March 10, 2015 (this "Amendment"), to that certain Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2013 (the "Agreement") is entered into by SEQUOIA RESIDENTIAL FUNDING, INC., as depositor (the "Depositor"), CITIMORTGAGE, INC., as master servicer (the "Master Servicer"), CITIBANK, N.A., as securities administrator (the "Securities Administrator"), and WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (the "Trustee"), with respect to the Sequoia Mortgage Trust 2013-8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2013-8.
