THIS SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of March 18, 2015, is entered into among Arlington Asset Investment Corp., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”), Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the “Original Trustee”), and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee of the series of Securities established by this Second Supplemental Indenture (the “Series Trustee”).
