This Limited Liability Company Agreement (together with the schedules attached hereto, this “Agreement”) of BR Park & Kingston Charlotte, LLC (the “Company”), is entered into by 23HUNDRED, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the sole equity member (the “Member”).
