This FIRST AMENDMENT, dated as of March 25, 2015 (this "Amendment"), to that certain Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2014 (the "Agreement") is entered into by SEQUOIA RESIDENTIAL FUNDING, INC., as depositor (the "Depositor"), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as master servicer (the "Master Servicer"), CITIBANK, N.A., as securities administrator (the "Securities Administrator"), and WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (the "Trustee"), with respect to the Sequoia Mortgage Trust 2013-7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2013-7.
