EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), between P&F INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and JOSEPH A. MOLINO, JR. (the “Executive”).
