THIS FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF HÖEGH LNG PARTNERS LP, dated as of August 12, 2014, is entered into by and between Höegh LNG GP LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company, as the General Partner, and Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda company, together with any other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
