THIS ADVISORY AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made as of this 19th day of May, 2015, by and between Eventure Interactive, Inc, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), with its principal place of business at 3420 Bristol Street, 6th Floor, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, and VC Advisors, LLC a Nevada limited liability corporation (the "Consultant"), having its principal place of business at 10951 Pico Blvd, Suite 120, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
