THIS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of June 1, 2015 (this “Agreement”), is made by Reven Housing REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Parent”), Reven Housing GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GP”) and Reven Housing REIT OP, L.P., a Delaware limited liability partnership (“LP” and together with Parent and GP, the “Parties”).

THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF REVEN HOUSING REIT OP, L.P., dated as of June 1, 2015 is made and entered into by and among Reven Housing GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the General Partner, and the Persons whose names are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (as it may be amended from time to time), as the Limited Partners, together with any other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership as provided herein.
