This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 4th day of June, 2015 by and between EPIC PHARMA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“EPIC”) located at 227-15 N. Conduit Avenue, Laurelton, New York 11413 and ELITE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Nevada corporation and ELITE LABORATORIES, INC. (a subsidiary of Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (collectively, “ELITE”) located at 165 Ludlow Avenue, Northvale, New Jersey 07647.
