This CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated August 13, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among (the “Company”), TABACALERAYSIDRON, INC., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”), and RAMON TEJEDA, individually (the “Canceling Party”).
