This Executive Chairman Agreement (this “Agreement”), including the attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B, which are made a part hereof for all purposes, between Glori Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Kevin P. Guilbeau relating to his service as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and executive chairman of the Board (“Executive Chairman”) is effective as of October 8, 2015, (the “Effective Date”).
