When the starting date of the life of loan under the Agreement is inconsistent with the date of loan transfer voucher (Receipt for a loan, similarly hereinafter), it shall be subject to the actual lending date specified in transfer voucher of first loan, and the due date of loan under this Article shall be adjusted correspondingly. The loan transfer voucher (Receipt for a loan) is a part of the Agreement with equal force of law.
