Recitals 1 The parties have agreed that Bidder will acquire all of the ordinary shares in Veda by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act between Veda and the Scheme Shareholders. 2 The parties have agreed to implement the scheme of arrangement on the terms of this deed.
