This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 21, 2015, among EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and SUNTRUST BANK, as Administrative Agent.

Recitals 1 The parties have agreed that Bidder will acquire all of the ordinary shares in Veda by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act between Veda and the Scheme Shareholders. 2 The parties have agreed to implement the scheme of arrangement on the terms of this deed.
