SEVENTH MODIFICATION TO LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT AND WAIVER This Seventh Modification to Loan and Security Agreement and Waiver (the “Modification”) is entered into as of January 14, 2016, by and between COMERICA BANK (“Bank”) and NEUROMETRIX, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”).
