This Application Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 15th, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Front Runner LTD., an Israeli corporation (the “Developer”), and Traqer Corp. a company with its principal offices at 515 Avenue I, Suite 3A, Brooklyn NY 11230 (the “Company,” and together with the Developer, the “Parties”).
