THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the 9th day of November, 2015, by and between CORDIA BANCORP INC., a Virginia corporation, (hereinafter together with its Affiliates called “Corporation"), BANK OF VIRGINIA (hereinafter called “Bank”) and ROY I. BARZEL (hereinafter called "Employee") (collectively “the Parties”), and provides as follows:
