(“Purchaser”) on behalf of Caesars Entertainment Corp. (“Casino”). In this Agreement, “Company Parties” means the Company, the Artist(s), and their respective employees, contractors, agents, representatives, performers, exhibitors, guests, and invitees. In this Agreement, “Purchaser Parties” means the Purchaser, the Casino, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, affiliates, representatives and agents.
