This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of September 22, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 5600 Blazer Parkway, Suite 200, Dublin, Ohio 43017-7550 (the “Company” or “Navidea”) and Michael M. Goldberg, M.D., residing at _________________________________________________ (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
