THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among SELECT BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a North Carolina banking corporation (the “Bank”), SELECT BANCORP, INC., a North Carolina business corporation (the “Company”) and W.
