Bhd, a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and having its principal place of business at C16, Pusat Star Avenue, Jalan Zuhai U5/179, Sek U5, 47810 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia (“Earl”) and NowNews Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Nevada and having its principal place of business at 4F, No. 32, Ln. 407, Sec. 2. Tiding Road, Neihu District, Taipei, Taiwan (the “Company”).
