This February 8, 2017 AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is dated as of February 8, 2017 between GLOBUS MARITIME LIMITED, a Marshall Islands corporation having its registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960, Marshall Islands, as borrower (the “Borrower”) and SILANER INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in Cyprus and having its registered office at 1 Kostaki Pantelidi Street, Kolokasides Building 3rd Floor, PC 1010, Nicosia, Cyprus, as lender (the “Lender” and together with the Borrower, the “Parties”).

This SHARE AND WARRANT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, effective as of February 8, 2017 (this “Agreement”), is among Globus Maritime Limited, a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Company”), and one or more purchasers listed on Schedule A hereof (each a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
