This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of June 29, 2017, among PHIBRO ANIMAL HEALTH CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (“Bank of America”), as Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and L/C Issuer and each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”).
