THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of KCAP Freedom 3 LLC (the “Company”) dated as of July 19, 2017 is entered into by and among the Persons executing this Agreement and those other Persons who become Members of the Company from time to time, as hereinafter provided. This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company dated as of July 12, 2017 (the “Prior Agreement”).
