Reven Housing REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Reven Housing REIT OP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the Company’s operating partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), confirm their respective agreements with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. (“Ladenburg”) and Wedbush Securities Inc.
