THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT, dated as of October 12, 2017 (this “Agreement”), is by and between China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (“CBPO”), and PW Medtech Group Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company (“PWM”).
