This CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the 15th day of October 2017, between MutualFirst Financial, Inc., a Maryland-chartered bank holding company (the “Corporation”), MutualBank, an Indiana commercial bank (the “Bank”) and Sharon L. Ferguson (the “Executive”) (the Corporation and the Bank are referred to together herein as the “Employers”).
