THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is dated this 2nd day of January 2018, by and between Teligent, Inc. having an address at 33 South Wood Avenue, Suite 730, Iselin, New Jersey 08830 (the “Company”) and Damian Finio having an address at 313 Partridge Road, Mountainside, New Jersey 07092 (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties.”
