This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of December 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AudioEye, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 5210 E Williams Circle Suite 750, Tucson, Arizona 85711 (the “Company”), and Todd Bankofier, a natural person (“Executive”).
