This LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of May ___, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between Platform Ventures, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the “Licensor”), and Platform Ventures Diversified Housing REIT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”) (each a “party”, and collectively, the “parties”).

This Support Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May __, 2018 and effective as of _______, 2018, by and between Platform Ventures, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), and PVDH Manager, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in that certain Investment Management Agreement by and among Platform Ventures Diversified Housing REIT, LLC (the “Company”), PVDH Operating Partnership, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”) and the Manager dated as of the date hereof (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Management Agreement”).
