AGREEMENT, dated as of________________, 2018 between A&Q Masters Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Fund"), and The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York corporation authorized to do a banking business having its principal office and place of business at 225 Liberty Street, New York, New York 10286 ("Custodian"). The provisions of this Agreement will become effective upon the Fund's notice to that effect sent to the Custodian and Custodian's acknowledgement of receipt of the notice.
