THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT (together with all amendments, supplements and other modifications, if any, from time to time made hereto, this “Security Agreement”), dated as of July 20, 2018 made by and among Golub Capital BDC 2010-1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as collateral agent (the “Collateral Agent”).

provided, however, that if any of the foregoing information is not reasonably available as of the date of such report, such information may be omitted on such report; provided, further, that the Collateral Agent shall provide such information to the Warehouse Collateral Manager and the Administrative Agent promptly after such information becomes reasonably available to it.

This Warehouse Collateral Management Agreement, dated as of July 20, 2018 (as amended, restated, waived, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), is entered into by and among GOLUB CAPITAL BDC 2010-1 LLC (the “Issuer”), Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. (the “Administrative Agent”) and GC ADVISORS LLC (the “Warehouse Collateral Manager”).
