THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 20th day of July, 2018 but with effect from July 1st, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between LIANG HAN (“Employee”) and FARMMI, INC., (“Farmmi”).
