SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT No. 4 dated as of April__, 2019 (the "Amendment") to the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement dated as of October 15, 1999, as amended by Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated as of October 18, 2004, Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated as of September 27, 2007, and Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated as of January 2012 (as so amended, the "Deposit Agreement"), among Akzo Nobel N.V. (the "Company"), incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as depositary (the "Depositary"), and all Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of American Depositary Shares evidenced by American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") issued thereunder.
